Sam is a Director in the Capital Markets group of Cushman & Wakefield within the Minneapolis-St.
Paul Metro who specializes in the representation of owners of commercial real estate.
Sam’s career began with Cassidy Turley as an intern then part time employee in the St. Louis office
while he was completing his undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University. After graduation and
moving back to Minnesota, Sam took on a full-time position with Cassidy Turley as a research analyst
where he absorbed as much information as he could on all property types while expanding his
analytical and communication skill sets.
In 2013, Sam joined the Jones Lang LaSalle Minneapolis agency leasing team. During his time at JLL,
Sam pursued paths to expand his participation in the execution of landlord ownership strategies.
During this time Sam completed hundreds of lease transactions primarily in Class A office properties.
Sam was heavily involved with numerous iconic properties including IDS Center, First National Bank
Building, UBS Plaza, PWC Plaza, RSM Plaza, Towers at West End, 505 Waterford, T3, Maytag Building
and many more.
In 2019, Sam was invited to join the Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets group. His new focus
is the disposition of office and industrial properties throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul MSA and
greater Minnesota. His skill sets in analysis, negotiations and communication are sure to serve the
continued advancement of this reputable team.
