Sarah Lillard supports management for commercial office, medical, retail and educational properties. Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations, tenant services, rent rolls, lease and contract administration, and detail coordination. Additionally, Sarah assists with budgeting, funding and month-end financials and reporting. Prior to joining the company, Sarah worked for over 15 years at the Carmel Clay Public Library and nine years for the City of Carmel. Her experience includes administration, records management, communications and special projects/visual arts, programming, and patron services.
