Scott Garlick is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Brokerage Services Group. Mr. Garlick’s duties include market expertise, prospect identification and business development, lease negotiation and portfolio management for the Fish/Garlick team. As a combined unit, they possess 35 years of experience in the Tampa Bay market, all with Cushman and Wakefield. Specializing in representing Tenants, over the course of the last five years, Mr. Garlick has negotiated lease transactions in excess of two million square feet with an aggregate value of more than $100 million.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mr. Garlick spent 12 years playing professional soccer in the United States and abroad. His accomplishments include MLS Cup Championships and All-Star designations, and he played for such teams as DC United and the Tampa Bay Mutiny, among others. Mr. Garlick finished his career in the top 5 of nearly every major statistical category in MLS Soccer history.

Mr. Garlick holds a B.A. in History from the University of San Diego and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida. In his spare time, he spends his energy and resources with his wife, Holly, and three children, Morgan (9), Gavin (6) and Shay (2), coaching youth sports, and participating in Leadership Tampa. The Fish/Garlick team was awarded Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtor’s 2010 “Deal of the Year” for the relocation of the office/lab of Genzyme Genetics Corporation and in 2011, was awarded NAIOP’s 2011 “Office Deal of the Year” on behalf of United Technologies.
