Scott Weems has been active in San Antonio real estate since 1976 and joined Cushman & Wakefield | San Antonio Commercial Advisors at the beginning of 2012 to set up the premiere local apartment brokerage team.
Prior to joining C&W, Scott was with CBRE and Hendricks & Partners. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of apartment communities with a specialization of representing owners. Scott has an outstanding track record of advising owners in ways to maximize the value of their assets and has consistently achieved some of the highest sale prices in the market. Scott has closed hundreds of real estate transactions in South Texas with a total consideration that exceeds $2B.
Scott has been a market leader in San Antonio and Corpus Christi apartment markets with practical problem solving ability. In addition to brokerage, Scott has first-hand experience with multi-family development, apartment management and partnership structuring. In his career, he has created over twenty five real estate partnerships. Navigating the process from land acquisition to construction, financing, disposition and final partnership closeout has enhanced his ability to advise owners in each step of the process.

With over 37 years of experience he has a deep understanding of the capital markets in South Texas and has the skills to underwrite and develop successful marketing strategies for multi-family owners in all market conditions.
