Sean Ferguson is an Associate VP in Calgary’s Industrial Sales and Leasing division. He provides clients with valuable experience and market knowledge, and has been involved in many significant and high profile transactions in commercial real estate. His focus is vendor and landlord listing representation and has a history of providing his clients with timely and satisfying results. Sean has been involved in marketing several sale opportunities as well as many newly constructed multi-tenant industrial buildings for lease in the Calgary area.
Mr. Ferguson has nearly 20 years of experience selling and leasing industrial property in the Calgary market. He joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 2003 and previously was employed for over six years as an agent at another international commercial real estate company, working on behalf of vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords.
Sean has consulted with many high profile corporations to facilitate their real estate requirements and has brought to a conclusion transactions totaling approximately half a billion dollars.
