Since 1998, Sean has been consistently recognized as one of the top industrial brokers at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.. He has been named Vancouver’s top ten producing broker 11 times, received company’s national recognition on 7 occasions, and has been ranked Cushman & Wakefield’s top industrial broker in Canada.
Throughout his career, Sean has represented and completed numerous transactions for local, national, and international purchasers, tenants, developers, and investors. Sean’s investment sales, built-to-suit, and lease track-record coupled with a strong background in real estate finance has earned him unparalleled expertise to serve his industry peers and clients. He is widely recognized for his integrity, work ethic, and extensive market knowledge.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sean was the founder and manager of Tops Realty Corporation - a boutique size real estate firm; however, his career begun at Elan Financial Corporation in 1989, where Sean brokered construction and term financing for investors and developers.
Sean holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Urban Development Institute, Industrial Land Committee and Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.
