Shawn Stoneburner is a 10-year veteran of commercial real estate.
In 2002, he joined the team at Commercial Property Southwest Florida (CPSWFL) and specializes in Office, Industrial, Healthcare, and Land and Investment Sales. A seasoned commercial real estate sales professional, Shawn’s experience includes multi-family/developer sales and acquisitions.
Shawn’s expertise in financial modelling, coupled with his ability to effectively guide institutions and individual clients towards optimal investment returns through the use of innovative strategies and implementation has translated into high closing ratios and referral rates throughout his tenure. Shawn has been involved in a wide range of strategic planning and transaction assignments focused on creative transaction structures, and benchmark measurement. Shawn’s clients include public and private companies, REIT’s, residential developers, and private investors.
