Mr. Straka focuses on tenant representation providing clients with financial analysis, strategic consulting, project coordination, site selection and transaction management services. Mr. Straka has over 15 years of experience and expertise in the New Jersey commercial real estate market and has completed over six million square feet of deals. Mr. Straka’s primary focus has been to reduce the occupancy costs for clients and align their real estate with their operational and business goals.
Mr. Straka has completed several significant transactions for SHI International, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Affinity Federal Credit Union, Daewoo International, Baxter Healthcare and Travelers Insurance.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Inc., Mr. Straka was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2008 as a result of the merger with The Staubach Company. Mr. Straka joined The Staubach Company in 2002.

During his career at JLL and Staubach, Mr. Straka was recognized as one of the Firm’s “Top Achievers” and was recognized by the New Jersey office as the Most Valuable Player for 2006. In addition, Real Estate New Jersey recognized Mr. Straka as a Commercial Broker All Star, and CoStar Group recognized Mr. Straka as a Power Broker multiple times. Prior to Staubach, Mr. Straka worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a commercial and industrial real estate broker. Before that, Mr. Straka was employed as an analyst with Citibank Global Asset Management and Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co., in New York City.
