Mr. Billigmeier has negotiated some of the largest and most complex lease transactions on behalf of corporate occupiers in the Rocky Mountain Region for over a decade. He is a tenant representation specialist with an expertise in lease administration, disposition, acquisition, portfolio management, and strategic advisory services. Mr. Billigmeier focuses on developing an in depth understanding of his client’s business objectives and then making sure the real estate is in full alignment. During his long tenure in the industry Mr. Billigmeier has provided his clients with a strategic partner to oversee their real estate portfolios on a local, regional, and national basis.
Mr. Billigmeier has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over 15 years where he began his career as a Research Analyst tracking market statistics, transactions and the production of a quarterly office market report. His dedication and strong work ethic lead to consistently being recognized as one of the top producing brokers. Through his many years with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Billigmeier has earned multiple awards including “Rookie of the Year,” “Deal of the Year,” “Top Producer Award,” and the “Service Excellence Award.” The Denver Business Journal consistently recognizes his team as one of the top brokerage teams in their quarterly publication and they were nominated by NAIOP in 2016 as a Top 5 Office Leasing team in the Denver Metropolitan Area. Mr. Billigmeier has continued to excel in the industry and is now an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver office.
Mr. Billigmeier earned a B.A in Finance from Miami University (OH). He is an active member of numerous industry organizations including NAIOP, DMCAR, and was part of a select group to participate in the Downtown Denver Partnership’s 2008 Leadership Program. Mr. Billigmeier is involved with numerous philanthropies and is a dedicated board member of the E.P.I.C. Foundation, Inc. (Endeavor for Physical and Intellectual Challenges) which, among many things, raises money to provide people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the outdoors. Mr. Billigmeier is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a strong passion for skiing all of the Colorado’s mountain resorts.
