Steve has thirty-three years of commercial real estate experience, including eleven years with The Chase Manhattan Bank in commercial real estate finance and twenty-two years as a commercial real estate broker focused on corporate tenant representation. Steve has arranged, negotiated and closed numerous office, R&D, and manufacturing acquisitions, leases and subleases throughout the Bay Area and in major U.S. markets for Silicon Valley-based technology companies.

Steve’s vast experience spans the entire spectrum of corporate real estate services. He has been involved in strategic planning, market research, financial analysis, deal structuring, lease and purchase negotiations, and project management oversight. His current and past client roster includes Nimble Storage, Accel Partners, Akamai Technologies, Jive Software, Service Max, Picarro, One Medical Group, Redis Labs, TE Connectivity/Creganna, Alcon/Transcend Medical, Exabeam, Neotract, WhatsApp, Wing Ventures, and many others.

Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
