Scott Pollock specialized in the sale of office properties for the Twin Cities office of Cushman &
Wakefield, one of the nation’s largest full-service real estate firms. Since joining the Capital Markets
team, Scott has led teams that have completed 93 office sales transactions valued at over $1.75
billion in the Twin Cities Market.
Scott began his Twin Cities brokerage career in 1996, joining United Properties, whose brokerage
division was sold to Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. He has consistently ranked among the firm’s
top producing brokers, qualifying for the prestigious Offshore Club in each of the last 23 years. His
extensive experience in commercial real estate allows him to capably handle a broad range of real
estate disposition assignments.
