Susan Clayton is based in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. She works with Bruce Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage, and his team. Susan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 after 31 years of leasing experience as an in-house leasing agent for developer and long-term owner Fisher Brothers. As an Assistant Director of Leasing, she was responsible for marketing available space and negotiating lease transactions and renewals for Fisher Brothers’ entire portfolio of commercial properties in New York City. She was a leading member of a leasing team that kept the developer’s midtown class-A portfolio, which accounts for six million square feet, nearly fully leased (95% to 98%). She has focused on landlord representation, her agency work of the last year is listed under clients served.
Prior to Fisher Brothers, Susan served as executive assistant to associates and placers for Sonnenblick Goldman, a company that merged with C&W and is now known as C&W’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group within Capital Markets, preparing property offering brochures. She started her career as a paralegal at Oehler, Radig, Hoy, Muller & Richard, P.C.
