Mr. Jenkins possesses over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the Baltimore Metropolitan Market and has represented many tenants and select landlords throughout his career. Mr. Jenkins understands both sides of the transaction. His value will be realized best in leasing assignments that require creativity and tenacity in order to close the deal and maximize value for his client. He structures lease transactions and utilizes lease language to solve problems that can arise in negotiation of a transaction, while at the same time protecting his clients’ best interests.

Mr. Jenkins received a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont, he holds an SIOR Designation, was an Active Member of IDRC, now Corenet, and holds a BCCR Designation. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales Person and sits on various non-profit and civic boards.
Mr. Jenkins has been recognized twice as the #1 commercial real estate agent in Baltimore for multiple times by the Baltimore Business Journal and is consistently ranked in the top tier of active Baltimore brokers. In past years he received awards for the #1 and #2 top office leasing deals in Baltimore City and in 2011 recognition for completing one of the top 10 deals in the Baltimore metro region.
