Tej has been involved in Project & Facilities Management within the real estate industry progressively for over 20 years. He has provided extensive real estate solutions within all its market/sector segments. Tej brings a diverse skill-set showcasing his proven ability in true cradle to grave concept within the Interior/Architectural Design, Engineering, Construction, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment, Security, Information Technology, Audio Visual and Move Management expertise. His experience has led him in completing various successful and award winning projects locally, nationally and globally in the fields of Corporate Commercial, Retail, Mixed Use and industrial facilities. 

Having applied strict standards of project and priority management fundamentals, methodologies with associated tools have proven positive track records for successful assignment results and delivery that are in line with schedule, budget and client parameters. Tej’s working history involves leading various multi-million and multidisciplinary project teams of varying size & expertise comprising of Facility Design such as Architectural & Interior Designers, Engineering Consultants, General Contractors of various types, and Portfolio partners in various project environments such as Corporate, Commercial, IT Infrastructure; Industrial/Multipurpose; Operations & Maintenance & Utilities.

  • Prepared and monitored monthly and annual project cost reporting (PCR’s) with team members and account leaders. 
  • Supervised multiple staff in daily maintenance activities, work loading, probability forecasting and performance reviews with all human resource initiatives.
  • Completed regular formal and casual presentations to business partners and client personnel concerning the long term product and service strategies, upcoming major activities, market opportunities and future prospective consumers & business tactics.
  • Prepared and executed formal presentations in design solutions, costing, project scheduling and implementation of business practices to large clientele bases locally, nationally as well as internationally.
