Tim Howarth joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 1998 and has been one of its top producers specializing in the sale and leasing of Industrial, Warehouse, Office, Retail buildings, and Land in the Southern San Mateo County Area. Driven by his passion for excellence and fueled by his expansive market knowledge, Tim achieved Partner status within 4 years of joining Cushman & Wakefield.

Tim brings more than 30 years of local commercial real estate knowledge and experience, starting in the business in 1984 with Bishop Hawk Commercial Real Estate where he was a consistent top producer.
