A twenty-four year industry veteran, Tim began his real estate career in New York City concentrating in the midtown Manhattan office market, specifically the Plaza and Grand Central Station markets. His focus was on exclusive tenant representation on the acquisition and disposition of space as well as the development of real estate relationships with “Fortune 500” firms. His previous clients include Newmont Mining Inc., CHF Industries, Frank Russell Trust Company, Delta Airlines, New York City MTA and Nike, Inc.

Timothy J. Arizin returned to Grubb & Ellis in 2004 and served as a Senior Office Properties Advisor in Grubb & Ellis’ Suburban Philadelphia location. His primary focus was on Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties along with Center City, Philadelphia.

2003 – 2004 – Senior Director

Responsible for initiation of development and execution of both “one-off” transactions and corporate service accounts for the firm. Tim focused primarily in New York City (i.e., NYU Medical Center), but developed accounts throughout the United States. [i.e., North Carolina (CHF Industries) and Illinois (Refco), Ohio (KeyBank)].

2000 – 2003 – Principal
Softsplit, LLC – New York
Conceived, financed, established, and operated this multi-media business. The company’s niche was to provide content via text and video to the divorce community.

1996 – 2000 – Managing Director
Grubb & Ellis – New York
Worked on a four-man team responsible for initiation, development and execution of “one-off” transactions and corporate accounts for both the acquisitions and disposition of space both in New York City and throughout the United States. Responsible for landing Corporate accounts of Frank Russell Trust in Tacoma, WA and Newmont Mining in Denver, CO.

Worked on a three-man team. Initial responsibility was the development of new corporate business and local “one-off” transactions, subsequently working on the development and execution of the business along with the maintenance of the business relationship.
