Timothy P. Hedden is an appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in the Valuation & Advisory group.
Prior to joining the department in August of 2010, Mr. Hedden was a Consultant with American Appraisal Associates in Princeton, New Jersey, where he specialized in the valuation of fixed assets, buildings, and land improvements for the purposes of insurance and accounting records. He applied cost approach valuations for a wide range of buildings, including houses, schools, police and fire stations, commercial properties, and churches. He obtained specialized training in the accurate costing of historical churches and municipal infrastructure, including water plants, wastewater treatment plants, and pump stations.
Mr. Hedden works with Robert S. Nardella, MAI, MRICS and John A. Katinos, MAI in the appraisal of various commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout the State of New York. Appraisal and consulting assignments have included office buildings, community and neighborhood retail centers, industrial warehouse properties, vacant land, transferable development rights (TDRs), multi-family apartment complexes, mixed-use properties, performance theaters, and various other market analyses.
