Leadership

Todd Beatty is the Managing Principal/Executive Managing Director of the Silicon Valley office of Cushman & Wakefield. He leads a very dynamic team of successful real estate professionals that handle Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Capital Markets, Project Management, Property Management, and other critical operations. He is also responsible for developing the most effective approach to client accounts and implementing the strategic solutions necessary for success. Prior to becoming the Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield, Todd was the CEO of a dominant local real estate firm called CPS. In addition, Todd is part of a team focused on Tenant Representation and workplace resources. His experience over the last 30 years gives him an unparalleled perspective on the business needs of a company as they relate to the strategic real estate decisions facing a company today.

Experience

Todd has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley and has represented Landlords and Tenants on all types of transactions from acquisitions to dispositions, build to suits, the more standard lease and campus transactions to the highly complicated strategic plans. Over his career, he has leased or sold over 15 million square feet throughout the United States and Canada. It is his knowledge of the market and his experience of how to approach solutions that made Todd extremely effective in saving clients’ money and making sure the results align with the needs of a client’s business.
