Tomáš Cejnar is an Investment Analyst in Hospitality team for Central & Eastern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield . He has joined Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality recently, and is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Tom’s responsibility is to focus mainly on transactions, and operator searches valuation and advisory services (including feasibility and concept studies, valuation, commercial due diligence, investment opportunity analysis, etc.) for hospitality properties in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to Tom’s family background, he is also focused on healthcare investment sector within the CEE region. Additionally, focusing on providing clients with tailored made financial solutions, such as debt financing within the real-estate field in the CEE.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom has worked on numerous projects across the Czech real estate market at development advisory, construction and sales in a family office. Tom’s projects are mostly visible in a prestigious Czech ski-resort. Recently, Tom has been a part of a successful valuation and a sale of a regional hospital to a leading international investment company.

Tom has worked on numerous projects across the CEE region, namely a large a 5* hotel in Warsaw‘s CBD, Barceló Old Town Prague or the Grand Mark and several other hotels in Prague. Tom is also acting on behalf of Accor for a disposal transaction of selected CEE assets.
Tom has performed numerous valuations mainly for 4* and 5* hotels in Prague, namely of Sheraton Prague, The Grand Mark or an Apart-hotel near the Charles Bridge in Prague for loan and acquisition purposes. Additionally, Tom has performed portfolio valuations of a Spa hotel in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic; Golf hotel in Kitzbühel or a development project in Montenegro.
Tom has worked on several feasibility studies amongst which are proposed apart-hotel in Central Warsaw or further development of a senior house in the Czech Republic. Tom has also worked on feasibility and concept studies on the Prague Airport a luxury 5* golf resort near Prague or an ultimate 5* superior hotel in the city centre of Prague.
Tom has advised and performed operator‘s selection for several hotel in Prague and Warsaw. The hotel owners have received significantly higher offers, exceeding their expectations, due to close links with the operators. These namely include a boutique hotel on Wenceslas Square or a current apart-hotel project located in the city centre of Prague.
