Tracy Crum is responsible for managing construction projects of all sizes and complexities. He is involved in every project phase, from initial client meetings through tenant move-in. Tracy’s experience includes office, industrial and institutional construction for tenant representation and landlord representation projects, as well as capital improvements and new construction. His project responsibilities consist of developing client/tenant facility requirements, construction document preparation with design professionals, budget pricing and value engineering, final contractor bidding and project cost evaluation, permitting, construction scheduling, construction administration, tenant vendor coordination, project close out and tenant move-in. Tracy works closely with architects, general contractors and brokers/leasing representatives to efficiently deliver projects that meet the expectations of tenants and building owners.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tracy was a Project Manager and Design Manager for Duke Realty. Tracy is a licensed Architect, and started his career as Project Architect for a small, full-service architectural firm. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, and his focus has ranged from broad strategic planning to coordination of the finest details for the completion of over 400 projects.
