In utilizing his targeted marketing and sales process, he achieves maximum value for his clients’ properties or assists them in developing strategies to protect and enhance their land value until they are ready to sell.
As a full service land professional, Trevor is adept at keeping his clients informed with up to date market knowledge as well as changes in regulations, zonings, development controls and environmental impact that may affect their land assets.
Recently, Trevor acted on behalf of Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young and Alvarez & Marsal as court appointed receivers for the sale of 5 properties totaling over $51m. As well as being appointed to the CW team that represents the LCBO for province wide dispositions, Trevor is CW’s project lead as exclusive real estate advisor to the Town of Richmond Hill.
