Tyler Anderson specializes in representing sellers in the disposition of retail properties in the Southeast. His responsibilities include sourcing new deals, assisting with contract negotiations, facilitating the due diligence process, and providing strategic advice in order to maximize clients’ returns.
Prior to his current role at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Anderson worked as a financial analyst and associate at Cassidy Turley, where he was responsible for financial underwriting, due diligence analysis, and market research.
Mr. Anderson earned his BBA in Management & Marketing and MBA from Georgia College & State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia.
