Ty Newland focuses on all aspects of industrial real estate. He provides strategic services to corporate occupiers, landlords and developers in Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley markets in Southern California, and across the US. His areas of expertise include acquisitions/dispositions, lease negotiation/renewals, site selection/build-to-suit analysis, ecommerce/distribution operations assessment, and transportation analysis. Over the past 11 years, Mr. Newland has completed transactions with an aggregate consideration exceeding $1 billion. He continually ranks as one of the top brokers in Southern California. Over his career, Mr. Newland has been involved in a wide range of complex assignments with Fortune 1000 occupiers, institutional owners, and large-scale developers.
Prior to joining C&W in April 2007, he interned for Peninsula Retail Partners, CB Richard Ellis in Anaheim, and for C&W in our South Bay branch. While interning he worked in such areas as retail development in the Inland Empire, investment brokerage in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, and industrial brokerage in and around the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
