Industry veteran Vikki Johnson began her commercial real estate career in the high-flying 80’s with a retail development company renowned for luxury urban projects, One Union Square and Union Square 100 in San Francisco, followed by the highly acclaimed One Rodeo Drive and Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Thereafter Vikki served as Leasing Director for the One Colorado project in Pasadena, a full square block redevelopment of 17 turn-of the century historic buildings which today is regarded as one of Southern California’s most successful and transformative retail destinations.
In 1997, Vikki formed Johnson Hoke Ltd., a real estate team repeatedly recognized for its extraordinary creativity and success in the niche market of urban specialty retail. The team actively advised and consulted with developers, landlords, and retailers throughout the region, including pre-development consulting with Forest City for the San Francisco Centre expansion, the pre-development consulting and leasing of Santana Row in San Jose, 935 Market Street complex in San Francisco, and the San Francisco Transbay Transit Center retail component. Johnson Hoke Ltd was sold to Colliers International in 2011 and as Senior Managing Director, Vikki was engaged to develop and steer the company’s newly-created urban retail division in San Francisco and the nation’s other primary markets.
With a keen focus on the San Francisco Union Square market, Vikki’s reputation is as one of the industry’s preeminent brokers, known for her integrity and trusted relationships with global retail brands, and a passionate visionary, driven to achieve optimum results for the both the retailer and the property. Vikki’s leasing transaction history includes national flagships with Barneys New York, Prada, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany, Christian Dior, LVMH, J. Crew, Bulgari, The Gap, Crate and Barrel, and the first West Coast H&M, among many others.
