Wanda Riley is the Director of Operations for the offices of Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando and Jacksonville, FL. She oversees and directs the operations, financial, and facility management of both offices with more than 70 employees and revenues in the excess of $14 million.
Ms. Riley is responsible for successfully running profitable operations while leveraging an effective professional services infrastructure that provides superior service to all Cushman & Wakefield service lines. Ms. Riley is also responsible for a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, counseling & coaching, broker/staff training & development, and employee retention. She also serves as the key liaison between C&W’s Global Headquarters and the Central & North Florida operations.
During her tenure with the firm, she has worked with some of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients and is currently the Account Relationship Manager for the University of Central Florida Foundation providing leasing, property, and project management services. In addition, she is the Program Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s CFO Roundtable, the preeminent nationwide corporate thought leadership forum for CFOs and senior finance executives across the country with over 5,000 participating members.
Ms. Riley is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

Ms. Riley is an active member of the Orlando chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) where she has served on the Board of Directors for several years and is currently President for 2014. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management. Ms. Riley has held her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification since 2002. She is currently serving as a member of the UCF Real Estate Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Back to Nature, a local wildlife refuge.
