Whitney Larson serves as Human Resources Coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office. She is responsible for the direct oversight of the 150+ building and facilities employees working for C&W’s clients in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Her primary duties include benefits administration, employee orientation, transition, and training. As liaison between property personnel and C&W Corporate Headquarters in New York, Ms. Larson also works to initiate and implement C&W’s global processes and initiatives.
Ms. Larson began her position with C&W in 1997 and has been a part of the real estate industry for 20 years. She has assisted in transitioning employees at large portfolios such as the AG Center in Houston, Texas, a 2.2 million square foot, multi-tenant office complex with 60+ employees, and Entergy’s regional portfolio of 5.9 million square feet of mixed-use properties in four states with over 70 employees.
Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Larson served for eight years as Executive Assistant to the Houston Property Portfolio Managers for PREMISYS Real Estate Services. During this time, Ms. Larson also assisted with marketing and proposal presentations, and supported her supervisors, clients, and property managers in the oversight of day-to-day building operations.
