Bill French specializes in retail site selection, leasing, shopping center sales, disposition and development. He managed the Indianapolis retail services division from 1991 through 1995 and returned to full-time brokerage in 1996. Bill has completed more than 250 transactions in the last four years, developed and redeveloped multiple freestanding properties representing over $70 million in value and successfully completed more than 2,800 career transactions.
