Mr. Gehring has been in the commercial real estate industry for nineteen years. Mr. Gehring represents his clients on both local and national levels. He is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and formulating occupancy strategies on behalf of his clients.
When representing tenants, Mr. Gehring understands the importance of emphasizing present and future business needs during the early stages of negotiating real estate transactions. Mr. Gehring’s “open communication” approach helps the client to fully comprehend the business terms of the lease and the overall impact the lease document will have on operations. Mr. Gehring’s passion for detail and service excellence has been key to his success during his nineteen years in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Gehring began his office leasing career in 1994 with a national firm and was one of the top producers achieving the “President’s Round Table” annual sales performance award. From 1998, he spent eleven years in the corporate solutions/office leasing division of a major international real estate brokerage company.
