Supporting sustainability

We are a leader in environmental/sustainable design. Our firm has partnered with several clients in achieving LEED certification up to Platinum level, as well as EPA ENERGY STAR designations for our clients. We require all of our properties to benchmark with EPA’s ENERGY STAR program and encourage them to obtain the ENERGY STAR Label for Buildings where they qualify.
