Kieran Hutchinson, a student at Lilian Baylis Technology School, London, work placement with C&W this summer.
Kieran describes his experience: "I worked in the City office for the first week, in Asset Management with Robert Cook, Kevin Sensiere and Sue Pallot. Then I moved to the Portman Square office in the West End the following week. I attended many tenants' meetings, went on site visits and with Andy Simms I also liaised with a lift maintenance company on Bond Street. "It was a once in a lifetime experience. I got to meet some very important people.We use technology at school, but this really opened my eyes to its uses in the business sector. I also became really interested in property and about being a surveyor. I would love to come back and be a part of C&W again."
