Poland to Rome
Integral to the successful programme undertaken with the Special Educational Centre in Poland was a 4-day visit for 12 of the students to Rome
Organised by C&W's Warsaw and Rome offices the visit was the first time many of the students had been out of their home town. Many had never been on an aeroplane or stayed in a hotel. The visit took in al the major sites and even a chance to see Pope Benedict XVI.
"I saw many interesting places: St Peter's Basilica, the tomb of John Paul II, the Colloseum. I saw Pope Benedict XVI from a few metres It was a very intense feeling and I will remember the trip till the end of my life."
