Andrew Desai is an experienced research professional with over 6 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. He serves as a Research Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth office.

As a Research Analyst, Andrew is responsible for providing market intelligence to assist brokerage teams with their business development efforts. He tracks and analyzes real estate activity in DFW’s office sector, leveraging local insights to present trends as well as produce quarterly statistical reports and research content for internal and external clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew worked with CoStar Group as a Market Manager, overseeing multiple Central and Southwest U.S. markets including New Orleans, Kansas City, San Antonio, El Paso, and Albuquerque. In his role, he managed a team of researchers and analysts who tracked commercial real estate activity within assigned territories to aggregate data for CoStar’s SaaS product. While there, he was recognized on multiple occasions for his leadership and was involved with the company’s HQ relocation and expansion into Richmond, VA. Prior to CoStar Group, Andrew worked with Colliers International and the United States Army.
