In 2010, Sergio began his commercial real estate career in construction by assisting in tenant finish outs. During his time at Silver Ventures, Inc. he worked closely with the Real Estate team on multiple projects. Sergio also worked for The CoStar Group as a Tenant Field Researcher, where he gathered tenant information from Class A and Class B office buildings in the San Antonio market.
