Sydney’s skyline is full of pretty impressive buildings, but Salesforce Tower is setting new records, and expectations, for what a workplace can be. Connected, dynamic, flexible, accessible and sustainable, with inbuilt capacity to adapt to new and emerging technologies, Salesforce Tower is more than an office. And we get to lease it.

Life is about smart decisions, which is why we’re in Dublin where we advised the Serpentine Consortium on the disposal of four office towers in Ireland’s biggest commercial real estate transaction.

Life is about creating opportunities, which is why we’re in the United Kingdom where we helped CAIN International enter the UK logistics market with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio off market.

Meeting the needs of a cutting edge investment company like Nuveen is one thing, but providing them with revitalized office spaces and exciting work environments to reinvigorate staff post-Covid, is quite another. What’s more, dealing with a flagship New York office, we knew we needed to make an impact. Starting from the ground up, we successfully planned, partnered and managed the revitalizing of their offices to further energize employees for the future and a sense of excitement for the future, for Nuveen and New York City.

In the heart of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya has been beating with a vibrant new life after decades of housing some of the largest banking headquarters in Spain. Cushman & Wakefield has been there through this dynamic shift to advise over 80% of the transactions in the iconic location.

We make history, like the recent sale and partial leaseback of the ABN AMRO head office at Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam, the largest single asset transaction in Dutch history. Our advisory capabilities are the reason Cushman & Wakefield is a world leader in capital markets transactions. We couldn’t be more excited.

Just because it’s one of the most notable pieces of real estate in Rome, doesn’t mean the 17th Century Palazzo Mancini on the famous Via Del Corso isn’t on the move. Recently acquired and fully refurbished to world class standards (and soon to house Gucci’s new flagship store), it took a multi-disciplinary team at Cushman & Wakefield to help shape this landmark deal for the city and the people of Rome.
