HelloFresh, Australia

In Perth we’ve partnered with HelloFresh, the world’s leading meal delivery service, to build a 15,000 sqm distribution centre from greenfield to project completion. Herman Miller, Japan

The pandemic has changed the way we live, work, and play. With the rising popularity of working from home, and increasing demand for home-office amenities, we worked with Herman Miller to open five new stores in Japan, helping them keep their customers satisfied with ergonomically designed furniture.

Salesforce Tower, Australia

Sydney’s skyline is full of pretty impressive buildings, but Salesforce Tower is setting new records, and expectations, for what a workplace can be. Connected, dynamic, flexible, accessible and sustainable, with inbuilt capacity to adapt to new and emerging technologies, Salesforce Tower is more than an office. And we get to lease it.

Project Blue Diamond, Ireland

Life is about smart decisions, which is why we’re in Dublin where we advised the Serpentine Consortium on the disposal of four office towers in Ireland’s biggest commercial real estate transaction.

CAIN, United Kingdom

Life is about creating opportunities, which is why we’re in the United Kingdom where we helped CAIN International enter the UK logistics market with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio off market.

Diagonal 123, Spain

Life is about wellbeing. That's why we're in Barcelona where Metropolis transformed Diagonal 123 into the poster child for people-centric office space that supports mental health, sustainability and wellness. And we helped them, delivering a complete renovation and repositioning of the asset.

Nuveen, USA

Meeting the needs of a cutting edge investment company like Nuveen is one thing, but providing them with revitalized office spaces and exciting work environments to reinvigorate staff post-Covid, is quite another. What’s more, dealing with a flagship New York office, we knew we needed to make an impact. Starting from the ground up, we successfully planned, partnered and managed the revitalizing of their offices to further energize employees for the future and a sense of excitement for the future, for Nuveen and New York City.

Placa Catalunya, Spain

In the heart of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya has been beating with a vibrant new life after decades of housing some of the largest banking headquarters in Spain. Year after year, the popularity of the space has grown with tourists, drastically changing the famous square’s tenant mix as briefcases were replaced with designer handbags. Cushman & Wakefield has been there through this dynamic shift to advise over 80% of the transactions in the iconic location.

ABN AMRO, Netherlands

We make history, like the recent sale and partial leaseback of the ABN AMRO head office at Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam, the largest single asset transaction in Dutch history. We’re proud of our ability to help our clients make important capital decisions and help shape the future of city skylines at the same time. Our advisory capabilities are the reason Cushman & Wakefield is a world leader in capital markets transactions. We couldn’t be more excited.

lincoln park zoo

Lincoln Park Zoo, USA

Life is about discovering wonder, that’s why we’re in Chicago where Lincoln Park Zoo is teaching our next generation about the importance of conservation. It’s where we’re helping the zoo by maintaining its 49 acres and keeping the water filtered and clean for the animals.

Palazzo Mancini, Italy

Just because it’s one of the most notable pieces of real estate in Rome, doesn’t mean the 17th Century Palazzo Mancini on the famous Via Del Corso isn’t on the move. Recently acquired and fully refurbished to world class standards (and soon to house Gucci’s new flagship store), it took a multi-disciplinary team at Cushman & Wakefield to help shape this landmark deal for the city and the people of Rome.

Ambitious, inclusive, intelligent and kind. It’s hard to define exactly what makes our people - ‘our people’. We think it’s the relentless commitment to both ideas and action, and the shared belief in our ethos, ‘life is what we make it’. Learn more about careers at Cushman & Wakefield.

As one of the tallest buildings outside of Manhattan, the iconic 57 storey skyscraper in Queens has always stood out. But now it’s winning awards, too. Taking the lead from our client, Savanna, our team helped modernize all 1.5 million sqm, to save over 4.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity - 20% less than the previous year.

Hektar Nektar Program, Germany

We partnered with Hektar Nektar, on ‘Project 2028’, an initiative to protect the regional bee population and increase their number by 10% by 2028. We jumped on board when we heard about Project Osmosis, a program that challenges young people from underserved Chicago communities to partner with a big brand to work on one of their real-life design opportunities. We’ve even reserved a level of our HQ for a future challenge!

Fairshot Café, UK

93% of adults in the UK with learning disabilities are unemployed. Fairshot Café is changing that by giving young adults with a disability training and employment. That’s why we partnered with them pro bono to find their new home in London.
