Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2008 in the role as Senior Project Manager with the Project & Development Services business in Adelaide. Since then Tim has been appointed to the Defence Estate Works Program Management account in the role as Regional Program Manager (SA).

While at Cushman & Wakefield Tim has managed a number of commercial office accommodation and critical site projects for various industry sectors including Mining, Commonwealth Government agencies and Primary Industries.

Tim has circa 16 years of project management experience in the construction industry and has worked on a number of projects for both the public and private sectors for projects involving emergency services, medical science and manufacturing research, commercial office, critical sites (i.e. data centers), university campus environments, commonwealth agencies, and many others.

Alongside Tim’s flexibility to work within differing sectors and with a diverse range of clients, he continues to develop key attributes to project planning, delivery and management. Tim has the ability to work with, coordinate and manage client and project stakeholder teams effectively whilst offering a proactive challenge the status quo attitude for day to day dealings and delivery of service. Tim has demonstrated experience from the project concept / feasibility planning phase through to implementation of design, programming (including program management), contract and site management through to the practical completion and defect close out phases while maintaining due diligence to deliver a high-quality end product that complies with the end user and strategic business needs of the client.
