For this reason, development poles are usually located in the megalopolis. But, little by little, regions like the ABC became extremely occupied, overloading the municipalities and reaching their limits. Subsequently, areas such as Barueri, impacted by Alphaville, received investments, giving a more modern tone to the sheds/condominiums and logistics centers sector.
Today, new municipalities present themselves as logistics hubs. This is the case of Cajamar, located in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, and Extrema, which is located in the south of Minas Gerais.
