Considered one of the most relevant events in the Facilities Management area, the Indicados Infra 2019 brought together more than 400 people on November 26, at Casa Petra, in São Paulo. This year, the survey that aims to recognize the best Facilities Management companies, included 187 companies, all spontaneously recommended by 74 professionals from the FM and PM areas.
In this edition, Cushman & Wakefield received the award for 5 nominations from clients such as Nike, Central Nacional Unimed, SumUp, GLP Brasil and Mercado Livre. The Property and Facilities Management areas were represented by employees Eduardo Pens, Satoshi Yadoya, Emerson Lima, Cesar Calabró, Jamile Pedroso and Daniel Reis, who took the stage to receive the award.
For Jamile Pedroso, Property Management Operations Manager, market recognition through research works as a quality indicator “I am convinced that we won this award because we are increasingly structured and anchored in processes, we have a highly committed team and a customer with aggregator profile ”.
To celebrate the 5th edition of the event, INFRA prepared a special tribute for companies nominated for five consecutive years, with the trophy "Quality of Continuity of Services Provided", with which Cushman & Wakefield was awarded during the award. “We received these nominations with a deep sense of gratitude to our customers who, year after year, indicate and increasingly strengthen the name of Cushman & Wakefield in the FM market” highlights Satoshi Yadoya, Portfolio Manager.
This year, Cushman & Wakefield received 5 award nominations:
