The e-Business Park, which is part of the management of corporate ventures of Cushman & Wakefield, is located in the expanded center of São Paulo (close to the marginal ones), has 160 thousand m² of area in a closed condominium, and is currently a landmark in technological innovation in the building monitoring sector in the country.
This is the first time that an operation at a business center has adopted drone monitoring in Brazil. With a robust infrastructure, the complex comprises a forest and green area with more than 2,000 trees, a space for events and conventions, a food and service plaza, with banks, a pharmacy, a magazine, a lottery and various stores.
