Brad Kroeker as a Senior Associate in Calgary’s Investment Sales Group, possesses 18 years of experience within the Calgary and Western Canada Commercial Real Estate Market.  Brad joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 and was involved in starting and growing the Valuation and Advisory Services Group where he accumulated extensive experience in valuation and financial analysis of various asset types including development land, industrial, retail and office assets. Joining the Investment Sales group in 2016, Brad has been building on his valuation experience and relationships to provide advice and transaction services to private, public and institutional clients.
