Vickey You has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield she has focused on property research and evaluation consulting services, leading the team in market research, financial analysis and evaluation for multiple projects across capital market financing and M&A, asset securitization, large-scale commercial property asset packages, and non-performing loan asset packages. Projects have encompassed mixed-use development, offices, residential, retail and hotel properties. 

Vickey’s major clients have included Vanda Group, Financial Street Holding Co Ltd, China Life Insurance, Red Star Macalline Group and Sino Ocean Group, as well as GIC and other large corporations’ research for investment properties in mainland China. She also maintains long-term contacts and cooperation with domestic and foreign banks and many non-bank financial institutions.

Most recently, Vickey has focused on market research for commercial property, office buildings and industrial parks. She has long-term tracking and analysis knowledge of market supply and demand, price systems and investment income. Vickey has notable experience in case analysis, positioning planning, land analysis, and market value research, leveraging this experience in a range of substantial urban projects and winning repeated praise from clients.
