Silvia is responsible for updating, maintaining and driving value from the firm’s European shopping centre, retail park and factory outlet databases. Silvia is the key author of the European Shopping Centre Development report and she also contributes to the production of Cushman & Wakefield’s global flagship publication Main Streets Across the World and other reports, such as European Retail Outlook. She also provides support to both internal departments and external clients, contributing to a range of reports and communicating European retail property market trends.
Before taking up the role of Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, Silvia worked as a Site Research Specialist for Tesco based in Slovakia. Primarily working with GIS and demographics analysis, she provided advice to the acquisition department on the potential future development and expansion of sites, recommended store’s cluster, ideal format, layout and sales forecasts. Silvia was responsible for reviewing and analyzing the performance of new stores and the production of post investment appraisal reports.
