Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to recognize the hard work and great successes of its Asset Services team in Phoenix in 2019. 

Phoenix Asset Services Awards

The Asset Services group in Phoenix are responsible, professional problem solvers, focused on excellence and providing superior service that exceeds client expectations. They are brave, caring teammates, with the ability to stay calm amidst all of the changes from COVID-19 and utilizing their knowledge and communication skills to continue to be extremely effective amidst the turmoil.

We congratulate the following winners for their exceptional individual and team efforts!

TEAM LEADER OF THE YEAR
Neha Patel and Logan Mather- no matter the task, Neha and Logan each lead their team to victory and success with strength and guidance. They empower and motivate each team member to be the best they can be!

TEAM PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Lindsay Davi - rolls with the punches and does whatever it takes to “get the job done”.

ENGINEER OF THE YEAR
Joel Crofoot - goes above and beyond in all aspect of his job. There isn’t a job that is too big or small for this engineer.

TEAM OF THE YEAR
Neha Patel, Lexi Davi, Maya Sherrod, and Eli Gilbert - committed to and deliver on organizational goals. They leverage the strengths of each team member to provide excellent customer service, are flexible in problem solving, and make adjustments as necessary. Everyone is truly a "team player".

THE WEDGEWORTH AWARD
Marcella Corniel - Theresa Wedgeworth was a valuable member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services Team for many years.  This newly created award in her honor recognizes someone with consistent, outstanding dedication and service to the Asset Services Team and community at large. The recipient of the Wedgeworth Award is an individual who gives of themselves in many different aspects; participating in Cushman & Wakefield committees and/or industry organizations, active in community functions, etc., all while balancing their work and personal lives.

SUPERMAN AWARD
Jason Hartman and Jay Foss are faster than a speeding bullet when it comes to responding to building emergencies (even the ones at 3am!) When these guys comes to the rescue, they put their team at ease knowing that their properties are in the right hands.

RISING STAR AWARD
Kayla Chester - consistently rises to the occasion, striving for excellence in all she does, she is not afraid to tackle new challenges and is willing to grow, a true rising star!

THE ABOVE AND BEYOND AWARD
Lori Peck - exhibits a high level of commitment, initiative, cooperation, and dedication to her job responsibilities all with an attitude of excellence.

THE SH*T HAPPENS AWARD
Tyler McDonald - Life is full of the unpredictable, and sometimes things that are out of our control. Tyler has been faced with extreme and completely out of the norm situations and has lived to tell the tale!

THE PENNY SAVER AWARD
Jesus Bustillos - has an outstanding ability to “add value” to any his  properties, saving considerable money wherever he can.
