Carmen Elliott specializes in industrial sales and leasing in the Roanoke and New River Valley markets. She has a background in consulting and senior leadership roles in healthcare management and has commercial real estate experience representing clients in the sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial industrial and investment real estate. 

Carmen’s diverse corporate background includes strategic planning, succession planning, operations, governance, and global strategy.  Her experience includes valuation and management of corporate investment portfolios for over 25 years. She focuses on creating innovative partnerships and synergies to create economic impact through her strong network of industry and national contacts. Her goal is developing communities focusing on economic development in conjunction with industry’s mission, vision, and goals through commercial real estate. 

An MBA graduate of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Carmen’s experience includes asset management and capital expenditures valuation and growth for health systems. She is a lifelong resident of the New River and Roanoke Valleys and has worked with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership as a trade liaison between European companies interested in bringing manufacturing or operations to the Roanoke and New River Valleys, or have an interest in exporting from Virginia worldwide.
