Chetta Sinclair joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in 2011 as a Director with Asset Services. She brings over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry of asset, facility and property management, leasing, construction, acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning distressed assets and development. Currently, Mrs. Sinclair is based in our Sacramento Office and is responsible for managing and directing property management teams with portfolios in Sacramento, San Jose and Monterey.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mrs. Sinclair was the President of Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc. located in Sacramento directing property and asset management operations throughout the Western United States. Mrs. Sinclair was responsible for lease negotiations, tenant and capital improvements, repositioning distressed projects, acquisitions, and dispositions of all projects within the portfolio. Previous to Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Mrs. Sinclair was the International Director of Property Management for Panattoni Development Company overseeing management operations for 50 million square feet of retail, office and industrial real estate throughout the United States and Canada. Mrs. Sinclair was responsible for directing all property and asset management, leasing, construction, analyzing and evaluation of assets for acquisitions and dispositions.
