John led a national real estate roll-out for Paper Warehouse Party Supplies, assembling and managing brokers in the identified targeted markets. Under John’s direction Paper Warehouse was able to enter the markets quicker than its competitors. The chain grew from 40 stores to over 150 in less than two years. Paper Warehouse later sold its business to its main competitor (Party City) based on the strength of its national real estate.
