Justin Baratz joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office as an Associate in 2012 focused exclusively in representing the interests of corporate users. He is responsible for cultivating new business throughout Chicago and nationally, and has a comprehensive understanding of managing national real estate portfolios for a variety of business sectors. Justin assists with both one-off and portfolio clients including performing client strategy, market analysis, financial analysis and lease negotiations, and has been involved in a vast array of real estate advisory services for his clients, including new site selection, asset acquisitions and dispositions, multi-location consolidations and lease restructures. His current clients range from tech start-ups, financial institutions and law firms to Fortune 500 corporations.
