Kimberly Quick is a Senior Project Manager in the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield.  As a project manager, Ms. Quick is adept at building relationships with client user groups, planning client strategy and keeping tabs on multi-million dollar budgets.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Quick was a design team director at VeenendaalCave, Inc., where she worked from 2004 - 2013.  She was responsible for oversight of a team of people completing tenant and capital improvement projects for several real estate portfolios, including Class A and B office space in Atlanta.

Before she became design team director, she also held the positions of design team manager and designer at Veenendaal.  She also worked as a designer for Facilitec and Niles Bolton Associates.
