LeAnn Hume is an Executive Director - Retail & Capital Markets Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield. LeAnn specializes with her team in retail tenant representation, retail investment and land development, as well as represents several large investors and numerous retail clients.
An Idaho native, LeAnn has been in commercial real estate since 1998 and has experience on the tenant side, developer side and the brokerage side of the business.
LeAnn started her career with Albertson’s at the corporate offices as a commercial real estate manager in March of 1998 where she helped launch and develop the development process for Albertson’s new gas station program.
LeAnn moved to Movie Gallery in 2002 as a Real Estate Manager and was successful in opening 18 stores in her first 18 months with the company. In early 2004, LeAnn entered the brokerage business and founded her own boutique commercial brokerage in 2009 which subsequently merged with two other brokerages to become Cushman & Wakefield in April 2011. LeAnn was the managing director and part owner of the Boise office until 2015 when she and her team put their full focus into retail tenant representation and investment sales.
