Ms. Larson has been a Certified General Appraiser since 2017 and obtained her MAI in 2021. Her experience and competency are enhanced by a strong background in appraisal review and quality control for financial institutions and includes market research, brokerage, and appraisal assignments including retail, office, apartment, industrial, subdivision, and restaurant properties, as well as vacant land and equestrian properties. She previously worked as a Certified General Appraiser for Valbridge Property Advisors in Denver and did her appraisal trainee internship with EastWest Econometrics in Denver. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Anchorage with a double minor in English and Spanish and worked as an elementary classroom teacher in the Anchorage School District for nine years.
