Natalie Lathan is an Associate within the Valuation & Advisory service line at Cushman & Wakefield and a member of the Infrastructure Practice Group, which provides eminent domain consultations and right of way valuations among other services. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Natalie began her career in commercial real estate in 2018 with North by Northwest Consulting, Inc., doing research for multiple projects and then as an Appraiser Trainee, where she worked on projects involving eminent domain, convenience stores, subdivision analysis, churches, retail development, offices, restaurants, industrial properties and analysis for land valuation.

For the past 17 years, she has also served as Founder and Creative Director of Appalachian Imprints, a promotional products distributor. Early in her career, she served as a Juvenile Court Counselor for the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties of North Carolina.
